Product Overview

This declutchable manual override gear box is an essential accessory for pneumatic valve actuators. It is designed for matching with pneumatic butterfly valves, ball valves and plug valves.

When compressed‑air supply fails or in case of emergency outage, this hand‑wheel mechanism allows operators to manually open and close valves on‑site. Besides emergency operation, it is also widely used during on‑site commissioning, test and adjustment of pneumatic valve assemblies.

• Simple pneumatic‑manual switching: The declutch lever allows quick switch between automatic pneumatic driving mode and manual hand‑wheel operation mode. Under normal pneumatic working condition, the handwheel will be disengaged and will not rotate along with actuator movement.
• Pre‑greased before delivery: Internal worm‑worm‑gear set is pre‑filled with high‑performance lubricant grease at factory. No initial field greasing is necessary.
