Our Service Policy

OEM and Customization services

Our factory provides OEM service. Products can also be customized for you based on your specific requirements.

Quality promise

Our factory has been OEM for several foreign valve brands for more than ten years, so our quality requirements are very strict. Our products will be designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national standards, ISO9001 quality inspection standards, and technical parameters recognized by both supply and demand parties. From material selection to production process, strict inspection system is implemented. All products will be 100% tested and meet qualified standards before leaving the factory.

Warranty Policy

The warranty period of our products is 15 months. Within 15 months from the date of delivery, if the product has defects in design, material or manufacturing process, we will repair or replace it free of charge and be responsible for the resulting shipping costs. You must ensure that the product is properly installed, operated and maintained properly. However, misuse and damage are not covered by the warranty, but we will charge a reasonable fee to repair it for you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

After 15 months, we will continue to provide you with maintenance services or related accessories, but you need to pay a reasonable fee.

Delivery time

Our delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks, but it depends on the model, size and quantity of the product you need. We will evaluate the product specifications and quantity of your order, as well as your expected delivery time, and provide you with a reasonable estimated delivery time. We will deliver products strictly in accordance with the delivery date agreed in the contract between the supply and demand parties.

Price terms

Various price forms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. can be used, and will be based on the unanimous consent of both supply and demand parties.

Payment method

We accept wire transfer (T/T), Western Union and PayPal or credit card payment.

Packaging policy

We will take safe packaging that meets export requirements to ensure that the product will not be damaged or lost during transportation. The packaging will meet the environmental requirements of China and your country.

Transportation policy

Our company is located in Guangzhou, a foreign trade metropolis in southern China, where many fast international logistics companies are available. We will try our best to provide you with the fastest logistics with reasonable freight. We will calculate the estimated shipping cost for you when placing the order and will ship to your country by air/sea. However, we are not responsible for destination customs clearance and duties in your country.

You can also arrange your designated freight forwarder to handle the business, and we will fully assist and cooperate with him to handle the relevant procedures.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If the return is caused by your error, you may need to bear relevant costs, such as transportation costs, customs clearance fees, etc.

If it is caused by our error, we will arrange for you to return or exchange it with another suitable product free of charge.

The product must be unused to be eligible for return. Please ensure that:

  • Products must be returned within 10 days of the date you receive them.
  • Product in original packaging.
  • The product has not been used or damaged, is in good condition and is ready for resale.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these standards will not be considered for return. Products without adequate protective packaging will not be accepted for return. Please note that for meter product categories, if the meter seal is damaged, the warranty will be void and returns will not be accepted.

Normally, we do not accept returns on special customized products.

If it is a used faulty product, the warranty terms will apply.

Technical Support

We will provide you with as detailed product instructions and operation manuals as possible. If you have technical questions, please send an email to our email address and we will reply to you within 2 working days. When necessary, our technicians will provide videos to customers, and customers can operate or debug based on the videos.

Service hours

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:00 noon Beijing time. However, in case you need urgent treatment, you can contact us at any other time and we will help you as soon as possible.
