This 3-piece tri-clamp ball valve adopts investment casting. It is equipped with ISO 5211 standard direct mounting pad, which allows direct installation of pneumatic or electric actuators without extra brackets. This ball valve is widely used in sanitary pipelines for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Advantages of ISO5211 Direct Mounting Pad
- Direct actuator mounting: Compliant with ISO 5211 standard. No extra mounting bracket required, saving parts cost and assembly time.
- High coaxial precision: Stable on/off operation. Uniform torque prevents jamming after frequent automatic cycling, extending service life of valve and actuator.
- Compact & vibration resistant: Integrated casting pad saves installation space, performs well under vibration conditions.
- Flexible upgrade: Manual valve can be easily converted to automated control by adding actuators at later stage.
Body Material Options
- CF8 (SS304): General stainless steel for clean water and mild media, widely used in standard sanitary applications.
- CF8M (SS316): Good resistance to acid, alkali and chloride media, ideal for pharmaceutical and salt-containing fluid service.
- CF3M (316L): Low carbon 316 version, excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, great for welded piping and heavy corrosive sanitary systems.
End Connection: Clamp End (Tri-clamp)
ASME BPE standard tri-clamp connection. Quick assembly & disassembly without welding, easy for pipeline cleaning and sanitizing, the preferred connection for sanitary process lines.
