Overview

This cast iron inverted bucket steam trap features high energy efficiency, low cost and long service life. With strong versatility, it is widely applied to low-pressure main steam pipelines and various heat exchangers.
Equipped with anti-water hammer and water seal breakage prevention check valve, this trap has passed three years of rigorous field tests with reliable anti-water hammer and anti-seal-break performance, taking a leading position in the industry. It comes with a 2-year warranty.

Key Features

A detection port on the top cover supports optional check valve installation, enabling quick and intuitive inspection of the trap’s operating status.
It delivers adaptive drainage modes: drip discharge at low load, intermittent discharge at medium load, and continuous discharge at full load. Multiple throttle orifice options ensure stable drainage capacity under different pressure conditions.
The steam trap is fouling-resistant, with fine impurities flushed out through the top throttle orifice during operation. It continuously discharges non-condensable gases throughout the working process to ensure stable system operation.
Built with excellent back-pressure resistance, it is perfectly suitable for steam condensate recovery systems. Core components adopt stainless steel and hardened chromium steel valve seats for superior wear and corrosion resistance.

Application & Installation Notes

Limitations: Not suitable for superheated steam service. The large-volume body ensures stable operation but is not frost-resistant.
Static State: The valve seat stays open when the equipment is shut down.
Installation Requirement: Must be installed vertically without tilting to guarantee normal working performance.
