Product Application
This stainless‑steel pressure reducing valve is designed for pressure regulation in fluid system pipelines to maintain relatively stable outlet pressure. It is applicable for various liquids and gases including water, steam, air, oil and paint.
Key Features
- High flow‑through capacity, suitable for high‑viscosity liquids such as oil and paint.
- Balanced lift spool structure reduces the impact of inlet‑pressure fluctuation on outlet pressure.
- Four available constructions & pressure‑regulating ranges: Model X, A, B are diaphragm‑type; Model C is piston‑type.
- Valve body material: Stainless steel 304 / CF8 with excellent corrosion‑resistance performance.
- Compact structure, built‑in vibration‑resistant pressure gauge for convenient pressure reading.
Technical Specifications
- Maximum inlet pressure: 40 bar
- Adjustable outlet pressure range: 0.3 ~ 30 bar (please refer to the detailed specifications in the Datasheet & Product Manual (PDF))
- Diaphragm & sealing materials with applicable temperature ranges: please refer to the table below.
Seal Material Application Table
| Material | Application | Medium Temperature Range | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pressure‑regulating Type X, A, B | Pressure‑regulating Type C | ||
| NBR Nitrile Rubber (Standard) | Suitable for non‑corrosive liquids and gases such as water, oil and air | -30℃ ~ +80℃ | -35℃ ~ +100℃ |
| FPM Fluoroelastomer (Optional) | Resistant to acids, alkalis and benzene‑based fluids; compatible with most media, NOT resistant to ammonia | -20℃ ~ +130℃ | -25℃ ~ +180℃ |
| EPDM Ethylene‑Propylene Rubber (Optional) | For ammonia, steam, alcohols, ketones and aldehydes; NOT resistant to mineral oils | -35℃ ~ +110℃ | -45℃ ~ +130℃ |
Notes
- When selecting a pressure reducing valve, select a regulating range close to your target set pressure, which ensures more stable output pressure under variable‑flow conditions.
- If the downstream side may be fully closed or operated under extremely low‑flow conditions, a relief branch shall be installed on the outlet pipeline to realize low outlet‑pressure adjustment.
