Structure & Features
This full stainless steel float steam trap features an anti-corrosion, elegant and durable body. It consists of a temperature air vent, float lever assembly and precision valve seat, ensuring stable and efficient condensate discharge.
Equipped with a reserved inspection port on the top cover, it allows optional check valve installation for quick and intuitive operating status inspection. Core components adopt stainless steel and hardened chromium steel valve seats for excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
The steam trap discharges a large amount of non-condensable gas during startup and maintains low-noise, continuous condensate drainage during operation. It delivers strong back-pressure resistance, making it ideal for condensate recovery systems.
Safety & Optional Design
For processes with upstream control valves or solenoid valves, sudden steam cooling easily creates vacuum and causes severe water hammer. Installing an optional vacuum breaker effectively prevents instantaneous valve opening and water hammer damage to the trap. An optional diffuser is also available to reduce water hammer impact.
Application Notes
Restriction: Not suitable for superheated steam conditions.
Installation Requirement: Must be installed horizontally without tilting to ensure accurate float operation.
