Product Features and Performance Description:
1. This series of cast iron inverted bucket steam traps is renowned for high efficiency, energy savings, low acquisition costs, and long service life; highly versatile, they are suitable for low-pressure main steam lines and various types of heat exchangers.
2. Equipped with a check valve to prevent water hammer and the loss of the water seal; three years of rigorous field testing have proven its effectiveness in mitigating water hammer and maintaining the water seal, establishing a leading position in the industry. Comes with a two-year warranty.
3. Features an inspection port on the cover where a test valve can be installed; opening the valve allows for immediate verification of the trap’s operational status.
4. Drip discharge at low loads, intermittent discharge at medium loads, and continuous discharge at full loads.
5. Various orifice sizes are available, maintaining consistent condensate discharge capacity across different pressure ranges.
6. Dirt-resistant design; small particulate impurities are flushed out through the top orifice.
7. Capable of continuously discharging non-condensable gases during operation.
8. High back-pressure tolerance; suitable for use in condensate recovery systems.
9. Not suitable for use with superheated steam.
10. Accessories and spare parts can be supplied according to customer requirements.
11. Internal components feature stainless steel construction and hardened chrome steel valve seats for superior wear and corrosion resistance.
12. Large physical size; not freeze-resistant.
13. The valve seat remains in the open position during system shutdown.
14. Must be installed in an upright position; tilting is not permitted.
