Application
Thermodynamic disc steam traps operate by utilizing the flash‑steam dynamic effect. They are typically applied for condensate removal on main steam pipelines, branch lines, heat tracing lines and small‑flow equipment. Widely used in iron & steel, chemical, automotive, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, paper‑making and other industrial fields with medium‑low pressure steam systems. Constructed in full stainless steel, this compact steam trap delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and long‑term stable operation.
Features
- Compact and mini‑size structure, lightweight, simple for installation.
- Excellent discharge performance and extended service life.
- Full stainless steel body, wide working pressure scope, superior anti‑corrosion capability.
- Only one moving part — the valve disc located between body and cover. Maintenance is easy, just open the top cover for inspection or replacement.
- Straight‑through flow path, built‑in integrated strainer to block pipeline impurities.
Application Scope
Recommended: Steam main lines, branch pipelines, heat‑tracing circuits and small‑capacity process equipment under medium‑low pressure steam conditions.
Not suitable: Superheated steam service; working conditions with extremely large condensate load; systems requiring continuous large‑volume drainage.
