Product Overview
This compact‑size double‑acting scotch‑yoke type pneumatic actuator delivers reliable 90‑degree rotary movement for quarter‑turn valves. Its overall dimension and performance level are comparable to well‑known Korean‑made counterparts. Powered by compressed air on both sides, it opens and closes valves through bidirectional air pressure. Light‑weight but solidly constructed, it is ideal for general industrial on‑off control of ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves.
Key Features
- Scotch Yoke type pneumatic actuator feature high torque and rapid operation; they are particularly well-suited for viscous fluid media and can effectively resolve valve sticking issues.
- Scotch‑yoke mechanism provides variable‑output torque, matching the typical torque curve of quarter‑turn valves perfectly.
- Precision machined aluminum alloy body with anti‑corrosion surface treatment, good wear‑resistance for long service life.
- Two independent air ports for opening and closing stroke.
- External adjustable stops allow fine tuning of 90° opening & closing angle.
- Standard NAMUR mounting interface for direct fitting of solenoid valves, limit switch boxes and other accessories.
- ISO 5211 bottom flange connection, convenient for direct assembly with various valves.
- Smooth running, low friction, stable response during frequent cycling operations.
Application
Suitable for water treatment, chemical processing, HVAC, light‑petrochemical and general pipeline automation. It is widely used to automate ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves where fail‑safe spring‑return function is not required.
